The leading technology-enabled facilities management and property services provider Bellrock today announces that it has acquired ECO Integrated Property Solutions Limited (ECO).
ECO, based in Drighlington, Yorkshire, is a facilities and property management business delivering high quality services across the UK. Founded in 2008, ECO delivers a range of hard and soft facilities services for clients that operate in sectors including healthcare, retail and leisure and corporate office management. ECO will continue to be led by Andrew Walker and Derek Holding. The acquisition further enhances Bellrock’s reach and sector expertise in facilities and property management.
Following seven successful acquisitions over the last 21 months completed together with investor Lyceum Capital, the addition of ECO strengthens Bellrock’s technology-driven facilities and building services. ECO customers will now have access to the groups fully integrated Facilities and Property services.
