- Answering calls from clients and contractors in accordance with the agreed procedures on which performance will be measured
- Raising maintenance/security/Health & Safety orders via the Bellrock computerised databases following agreed procedure on which performance will be measured
- Monitoring jobs already logged onto the system to ensure that the Contractor has attended the clients site within the agreed SLA

- Meet and greet all visitors to the centre in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle all bookings for meetings and conference rooms and maintain the database.
- Answer all customer queries and redirect calls to internal/external parties
- Provide information and advise customers about the facilities.

- Assisting the Managing Director with daily tasks (e.g. market research, minute taking, and arranging meetings).
- Take ownership of jobs where loss of trade has occurred until satisfactory completion
- Keep Client informed until trade is resumed
- Ownership of processes to ensure the processes are working efficiently
- Monitoring of PPM status and Compliance
- Dealing with e-mails relating to job/quote approvals and queries from Maintenance Surveyors, Property Managers, Property Controller, Suppliers and Contact Centre Operators
- Obtaining authorisation from Account Manager, Property Controller and Surveyors for works exceeding set guidelines as requested by suppliers
- Invoice query liaison with finance administration
- Client adhoc reporting
- First line escalation for the client
